A small Philautus: snout-vent length of mature males 20.0-22.3 mm, gravid females 22.8 - 27.7 mm. Head longer than broad. In life, dorsum and limbs yellowish brown. Restricted to wet zone. Found in leaf litter in shaded forests of the wet zone.
