Snout-vent length of mature males 21.2-26.6 mm, gravid females 27.5-34.9 mm. Head broader than long.Recorded from both the wet zone and the dry zones (which includes the arid zone) up to 150 m alt., especially the coastal belt in western and southern Sri Lanka.
